"This office was helpful right from my first interaction. All staff has been pleasant, competent and helpful. I've got to give a special shout out though to Nathan. He thoroughly answered all of my questions, searched information to educate both of us, returned my phone calls, was amazingly patient and informative and I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for State Farm Insurance in Northeast Philadelphia. Thank you all so very much!
Updating August 2026. I encountered an issue that was taking a long time to be resolved. The staff was attempting to resolve the issue and was consistently following up to ensure it's completion. Unfortunately, it was taking too long and I asked to speak with the boss. Well, I can certainly understand now why Lymarie has such wonderful staff. She called me immediately and was informative, competent, friendly, and fixed the issue immediately. She took her time and explained what I needed in lay terms that i could understand and was pleasant, polite and I just can't say enough about this office! Highly reccomend!!"
