"I have never dealt with an insurance agency like this. I have had Liberty Mutual and I've had Allstate and I NEVER had a problem with them. Soon as I end up buying a house I call State Farm because my aunt referred me which she knows I am mad about now and it was the worst decision I EVER made! Let start when I first moved in and the pipes busted outside and into my basement. I had damaged items I had stored down there and water was flooding my basement. I call Statefarm and all they did was try their best to convince me (which they did!!) to pay for things myself because they said it doesn't look good on my part for using my homeowners to get this fixed. So it just made me think "then what is Homeowners Insurance for"? Now fast forward 4 years later. My car gets hit while parked. I call and make my claim on August 28th. Since then I have been playing phone tag with the claim adjuster Dawn. They tell me they sent all paperwork to the car company for payoff on September 3rd, now 2 weeks later I call my car company who tells me they never recvd any paperwork for a payoff quote or the request for the letter of guarantee. I called Dawn for 3 days straight and no answer. I call StateFarm and Lymarie tells me they will look into it and call me back and that was a week ago. Now we're 4 weeks in and I still don't know what's going on with this claim!!!!!! I can't with these people anymore, just so unprofessional. Don't let the sweet voices over the phone and the professional pictures of them fool you!!!!!! I am already in search for another company for Homeowners and Auto insurance!!!!!"
