"Today, I was attempting to switch my title and tag over from DE to PA. I was informed that my auto insurance had been canceled since June 2. I was in a panic and called a state farm office where I had the pleasure of speaking with Lilliana. She was kind, helpful, understanding, empathetic and extremely professional. She handled my call with care and concern. She reached out to underwriting and found out why my insurance was canceled. Once she explained to me what happened she wrote a new policy for me giving me the exact options I had on my previous policy. The process was painless and easy and it didn’t take no more than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this State Farm office. Lilliana and her staff are very personable."
